•  Alma Soprano removes unwanted hair by gradually heating the dermis to a temperature that effectively damages the hair follicle.  This means that hair follicles don’t have to be exposed to a single pulse of high energy, which can injure the skin and cause pain and suffering.  
• The typical laser hair removal patient will need 5-8 treatment sessions, spaced approximately 6-8 weeks apart, to target all of the hair follicles in the treatment area.  Multiple treatment sessions are necessary because hair on the body grows in cycles, and while some follicles may be growing hair, others may be in a resting phase.
